100K YouTube Subscribers Challenge Day 74

The weekends over. Cleared much clutter.

Live streaming - pre-setup on Windows PC. 

- run cleaner. 

- use cleaner to cleanup the memory. 

- use cleaner to remove unnecessary startup programs.

- quit all unnecessary programs in the task bar.

- reduced the video bitrate on OBS to 2500kbps from the default 6000 kbps.

- left OBS streaming on throughout... Stop streaming only at Facebook Producer live.

- the last thing to activate is SCRCPY... After the slides, OBS, and Facebook live.

Here are the other set up I did the day before...

  • Tested Facebook Live screen sharing ... works but video play back is fuzzy.
  • Increased audio input level to 100%. 
  • OBS installed.
  • SCRCPY installed
    • download and extract zip file. 
    • Run SCRCPY from the the extracted folder. 
    • If Android screen does not show, then enable USB debugging...
      • Go to About phone
      • Tap on build number more than 5 times to activate Developer Options
      • Go to Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
    • WOW I can also control my Android phone from the laptop! 

Here's today's challenge report... measured and tracked.

1. 100,000 YouTube VL Subscribers (Up 200 per day)

  • Yesterday. 20225. Up 21. 
  • Today. 20260. Up 35. This is after 2 days. 🚨 Slowing down by a lot. Do something.

2. 1000 Gumroad Views (10 Sale per day)

  • Yesterday. 59 views. 0 sale. 
  • Today. 57 views. 0 sale. 

3. 1000 Affiliate Clicks (20 Orders per day)

  • Yesterday.  171 clicks. 6 orders. 
  • Overnight.  1 orders.

    • This application provides display and control of Android devices connected on USB (or over TCP/IP). 
    • It does not require any root access. 
    • It works on GNU/Linux, Windows, and macOS. 
  •  Advantages
    • lightness (native, displays only the device screen)
    • performance (30~60fps)
    • quality (1920×1080 or above)
    • low latency (35~70ms)
    • low startup time (~1 second to display the first image)
    • non-intrusiveness (nothing is left installed on the device)
  •  Requirements
    • The Android device requires at least API 21 (Android 5.0).
    • Make sure you enabled adb debugging on your device(s).
    • On some devices, you also need to enable an additional option to control it using keyboard and mouse.
  • Audio forwarding - Audio is not forwarded by scrcpy. Use sndcpy.
  • To install SCRCPY, the MAC must have BREW installed first.
  • How to install BREW
    • Go to https://brew.sh/
    • Copy and Paste the code in a macOS Terminal 
    • Check the version of BREW
    • Inside macOS Terminal, type "$ brew --version" 
    • Install SCRCPY
    • Inside macOS Terminal, type or paste "$ brew install scrcpy"
    • Install ADB
    •  Inside macOS Terminal, type or paste "$ brew install --cask android-platform-tools"
  • Connect Android phone to Mac using a USB cable 
  • Allow access to a mac
  • Inside macOS Terminal, type "$ scrcpy5"
  • If you do not see the Android screen mirrored on the mac, then enable Debugging mode on the Android phone
  • How to enable Debugging mode on an Android phone
    • Go to Settings 
    • Select About Phone
    • Tap on Build Number a few times 
    • Go back to Settings
    • Select Developer Options
    • Activate USB Debugging
    • Activate Always Prompt...
    • Activate Allow ADB...
