The Sandbox Game Maker Review - Download and Install

Today, I explore Sandbox Game Maker. 

What is Sandbox Game Maker? 

Sandbox Game Maker is a free software for building 3D games for the Metaverse without coding. 

You will be able to monetize the games you create via a reward model for the players.

How to Download Sandbox Game Maker?

• On a Windows computer, go to https://www.sandbox.game/en/create/game-maker/ and click on Download.

• Click on Download Game Maker (Windows only, not available on macOS yet)

• Unzip the TSB-GM-WIN.zip file. 

How to Download Sandbox Game Maker?

• Open on the unzipped "The-Sandbox-Maker-v0.6.14(964)-bd981da-Release.exe" file.

• Follow the Install instructions (The space required is only 390 MB).

• Enter your Sandbox email and password.

So it seems I cannot log in with any password. I log in to Sandbox online via Google Arkane and there is no password required as long as I am signed in to my Google account... but the Game Maker is asking for a password. 

I clicked on Forgot Password. Typed in with my Gmail again and clicked on Recover.

Received an email to "Restore Password". Followed the instructions and created a new password. 

I went back to Sandbox Game Maker to sign in.

FAIL! 

Now I cannot even log in to my Sandbox account online. 

It says "Username or password mismatch". 

I also cannot log in with my Google Arkane wallet! 

Update: Arkane is now Venly. 

What Next?

Give up for today. Need to go cook dinner.
