It's a USBC to USBC cable, It's also a fast charging cable. so that I can charge my phone quickly. It's also a data cable, so that I can transfer videos from my phone to my computer.

The lanyard is made of durable materials and has a secure locking mechanism. 

Here's how to set it up:

1. Release the T-shape hanging piece from the safety buckle.

2. Insert the T-shape hanging piece inside the bottom of your phone case.

3. Insert your phone into your phone case. 

4. Then attach back it to the lanyard. 

To use the USB cable, unscrew the two connecting nuts. 

Mine is 1.2 meters long, but there is also a 0.3-meter version. There is also a USB-C to lightning version for iPhones.
