🧵 Hey Adrian, how did you shrink yourself and get flicked away from a lanyard? It's easy. Let me show you how.

First, record yourself holding and pulling a lanyard.

Then, record yourself pretending to sit on a lanyard.

Open CapCut and start a new project.

Select the recordings and tap on "Add."

Select the sitting clip and apply "Overlay."

Drag the overlay under the lanyard clip.

Apply "Remove BG" and "Auto Removal."

You can also use "Custom Removal" and "Brush."

Resize and reposition yourself over the lanyard.

Use keyframes to animate yourself on the lanyard.
