PS:

New daily routine

  1. Check VidIQ channel audit for double down video ideas. 
  2. Check Tubebuddy keyword explorer for search volume and competition. 
  3. Get more ideas from Google search suggestions and YouTube studio. 
  4. Script a brand new video OR combine the keyword research with a current trend and documentation.
  5. Write the script in the blog post. 
  6. Shoot the script with a smartphone. 
  7. Edit the video with capcut or Final Cut Pro. 
  8. Post and share. 
  9. Get the best hashtags by googling for "best Instagram tags for #xxx". 
  10. Write a social media post for maximum engagement.

For longer videos more than one minute, I may edit on a laptop.

Transfer Footage from Android to Mac - wirelessly

  1. Open  and sign in to Airdroid app on the Android smartphone - allow permissions
  2. Open  and sign in to Airdroid app on the Mac
  3. Follow the instruction on both devices to connect 
  4. Create a project folder 
  5. On the Mac Airdroid app, go to Files > Photos > choose the folder of the camera app used to record the footage
  6. Select the all the clips required
  7. Drag and drop into a project folder created on the Mac
  8. Give it time to transfer wirelessly

Final Cut Pro X steps

  1. Open Final Cut Pro app
  2. Create New Library
  3. Create New Project - 1080p 60fps
  4. Import media - drag all clips from project folder into the FCPX timeline
  5. Add Logic Adaptive Limiter from the effects panel to all the clips - to enhance and increase audio volume
  6. Trim, split and delete.
  7. Speed up slow moving actions
  8. Keep sentences tight, but leave pauses where necessary.
  9. Do not edit the whole video yet, but stop at the first chapter.
  10. Create the opening title sequence with the static thumbnail in mind
  11. Add a numbered list of chapters inside the opening title
  12. Create chapter titles with chapter numbers
  13. Find music from YouTube Audio Library
  14. Copy and paste the music into the project folder
  15. Add music to the beginning
  16. Add music to the chapter titles
  17. Add an animated lower thirds with my name and website after the opening intro
  18. Add an animated subscribe button next to my name and website
  19. Copy and paste the chapter title template
  20. FIND necessary images if required
  21. Continue editing the rest of the chapter.
  22. Export a completed chapter and post to social media as a teaser
  23. Add a closing credit. 20 seconds.
  24. Make one final check.
  25. Use gaussian blue effect mask to cover identity.
  26. Export a master file.
