Blossom Restaurant MBS Dim Sum Review

Wifey celebrated her mother's birthday this year at the Blossom Restaurant in Marina Bay Sands Hotel Singapore.

Here's my pictorial review.

The restaurant is easy to find with its name brightly lit up.

It is situated on the same level as the MBS hotel check-in lobby.

We reserved a table for five before arrival.

It was about 2.30 pm and the sun was shining at us through the tall glass wall. We requested to change the table but the restaurant was full.

The picture on the menu was what attracted us online to book this place. Two swans on a dim sum platter. We are here for the high tea.

Each of us is given a zip lock bag to store our face masks.

Wet tissues are anti-bacterial.

We ordered Rose with French Vanilla flavored tea and Pu Er Chinese tea.

S$8.80 per teapot.

The swan high tea set arrived.

What's inside the crispy swan puff? Codfish in cream!

The sun is shining bright on this set.

On one end is cold sorbet with lemongrass jelly. It melted fast. Must eat this first.

Everyone waited while I snapped pictures of the food.

The French Macarons are sweet and tasty. Best eaten at the end.

If it weren't for the swans, we might not be here today.

The Golden Pear stuffed with minced pork is a dim sum prepared on a higher level.

Everything else on the dim sum platter tastes as good as they look. The hairy thing behind is crispy shrimp rolls.

We ended our meal with an extra order of Birds Nest Egg Tart.

Conclusion

Highly recommended to try. Don't swallow too fast. Enjoy the taste of every bite.  Book a table away from the sun.
