  • Lesson. My subscribers won't grow if I keep serving the same subscribers. I must come up with something new. 

Challenge #2 - 1000 Gumroad Views (10 Sale every day) in 2021.

  • Views are increasing. Coming from Tiktok and VL.
  • Convert all aweber boxes to gumroad.
    • Esp Zhiyun smooth 4 ultimate guide.
  • Gumroad is faster than aweber when targeting paid or free followers. 
  • Eventually cancel aweber US$179/year (S$250) subscription before renewal on Dec 2021.

Challenge #3 - 1000 Amzn Affiliate Clicks (20 Orders every day) in 2021. 

  • Yesterday.  249 clicks. 8 orders.  
  • Overnight. 4 orders.  
  • Expand on DVD printers. 
  • Do more atem mini setups.

OBS Live-streaming - Windows PC Pre Setup Checklist for training sessions

  • Run Ccleaner. 
    • Clean up the memory. 
    • Remove unnecessary startup programs. 
  • Quit all unnecessary programs in the taskbar 
  • Reduce the video bit-rate on OBS to 2500kbps from the default 6000 kbps... And output resolution to 720p.
  • Leave OBS streaming on throughout separate sessions... Stop streaming only at Facebook Producer Live after each session.  
  • The last thing to activate is SCRCPY... After the slides, OBS, and Facebook live.

  • Write bullet point in Blogspot (and link it to a related popular post doubled down from)
  • Copy and paste bullet points to Mindmup
  • Present with Mindmup fullscreen
