  • When pausing, he plays a background sound.
  • He goes live every week between one edited video.
This inspires me to do the same.

Challenge #1 - 100,000 YouTube VL Subscribers (Up 270 every day) in 2021.

  • Today. 20638. Up 13.  
  • Lesson. My subscribers won't grow if I keep serving the same subscribers. I must come up with something new. 

Challenge #2 - 1000 Gumroad Views (10 Sale every day) in 2021.

  • Yesterday. 146 views. 0 sale. 
  • Today. 152 views. 0 sale. 
  • Views are increasing. Coming from Tiktok and VL. Next will be from YouTube. 
  • Replace VL links with gumroad links on YouTube. 
  • Gumroad is faster than Aweber when targeting paid or free followers. 
  • Next. Transfer DaVinci resolve opt-in box to gumroad
  • Eventually, cancel Aweber US$179/year (S$250) subscription before renewal on Dec 2021.

Challenge #3 - 1000 Amzn Affiliate Clicks (20 Orders every day) in 2021. 

  • Yesterday.  211 clicks. 0 orders.  No way! Check all links!
  • Overnight. 2 orders. 
  • Expand on DVD printers. 
  • Do more atem mini setups. 
  • Get Osmo mobile 4.

OBS Live-streaming - Windows PC Pre Setup Checklist for training sessions

  • Run Ccleaner. 
    • Clean up the memory. 
    • Remove unnecessary startup programs. 
  • Quit all unnecessary programs in the taskbar 
  • Reduce the video bit-rate on OBS to 2500kbps from the default 6000 kbps... And output resolution to 720p.
  • Leave OBS streaming on throughout separate sessions... Stop streaming only at Facebook Producer Live after each session.  
  • The last thing to activate is SCRCPY... After the slides, OBS, and Facebook live.
