How to stream to multiple platforms from OBS for free

I have two places to stream: Facebook and Twitch... at the same time.

I want to stream from my Macbook Pro using OBS.

How do I set it up?

1. Open OBS. 
2. Go to Settings. 
3. Go to the Stream setting tab.
4. Set the main stream service to Facebook Live. 
5. Go to the Output setting tab.
6. Set the Output mode to Advanced. 
7. Go to the Recording tab. 
8. Change Type to Custom Output (FFmpeg). 
9. Change FFmpeg Output Type to Output to URL. 
   
10. Copy the Twitch RTMP Server URL. 
11. Paste the Twitch RTMP URL to File path or URL. 
12. Copy your Twitch Stream Key. 
13. Paste the Twitch stream key behind the RTMP URL.

Exit Settings.

Start Streaming to stream to Facebook.

Start Recording to stream to Twitch.

The disadvantage of this set up is I cannot record the stream.
