Start the video telling people what they are getting in the video... Tease a bonus coming near the end... Get people watching to the end... Use listicle style video...  Get people to like, share, comment, subscribe before the last listicle point... Do not sell anything at the end... End with like and subscribe... Just 2 CTA... Or watch more videos... Post the YouTube link everywhere... Check analytics to improve on the next video...
