How to make videos for YouTube fast?

Here's how to speed up your video content creation process. 

• Take one day a month to write out a list of video topic ideas for the month. 
• Batch record your videos by vlogging or doing talking head live videos.
• Organize videos and other media clips into folders and subfolders.
• Use a consistent video structure including what you say and do.
• Use the same title animation, lower thirds, subscribe button, credits, and music. 
• Create and follow a standard operating procedure to do things. 
• Create a blank timeline template with music and overlays all ready inside. 
• Keep things simple and keep simplifying the current process.
• Keep your equipment set up and ready to go at the press of a button. 
• Take one hour to plan your workflow so you know exactly what to do next.
