Where to Buy ERP Cash Card

I am about to rent a car and I need a cash card to pass through the ERP gates and car parks. 

I know my old cash card won't work, so where do I buy a new one?

There is a 7-Eleven near me. Let's go get my cash card now.

So I went to 7-Eleven, bought myself a cash card for $5 and topped up $20. It's a cash only transaction.
