  • The top three gimbals people are searching for DJI OM4, Zhiyun smooth 4, and Zhiyun smooth Q2.
  • These are the topics with million searches. 
  • Also just do the tutorials for Moza Mini P about Moza Mini MX. 
  • Is the DJI OM5 coming out soon? The DJI OM4 was released in August 2020, so expect the DJI OM5 to be announced around August 2021. 
  • From YouTube team: Use Stories to show current and potential fans what you’re up to between uploads. On average, creators who have an active Story can accelerate their weekly new subscriber count by over 8%!
  • From YouTube team: No time to film and edit videos? Use Community Posts to stay connected by sharing pictures or polling fans on what they want to see next.

  • What is not working now? I haven't been doing SEO for a long time maybe 6 months.
  • What can I do better? Let's come up with an SEO routine. 
  • Update old popular blogs. (Add to daily habits)
  • Let's update YT descriptions and check the links. 
  • Expand on DVD printers. 
  • Do more atem mini setups.

  • What is working? I'm okay with selling other people's products but not good at selling my products. 
  • What is not working? I have reached over 100 views but still zero sales.
  • What can you do better?
  • Learn more about how to sell courses.
  • Create courses that people want.
  • Create at least 10 courses so that at least one will sell. 
  • Views are increasing. Coming from Tiktok and VL. Next will be from YouTube. 
  • Replace VL links with gumroad links on YouTube. 
  • Gumroad is faster than Aweber when targeting paid or free followers. 
  • Next. Transfer DaVinci resolve opt-in box to gumroad
  • Eventually, cancel Aweber US$179/year (S$250) subscription before renewal on Dec 2021.

Findings on 19 Feb 2021: My Youtube channel is stalling probably because no one is searching for the gimbals I am presenting. Look at the Google Trend chart...
What can I do better? 
  • Get the DJI OM4 for review. 
  • Relate all other gimbals to Zhiyun Smooth 4.

OBS Live-streaming - Windows PC Pre Setup Checklist for training sessions

  • Run Ccleaner. 
    • Clean up the memory. 
    • Remove unnecessary startup programs. 
  • Quit all unnecessary programs in the taskbar 
  • Reduce the video bit-rate on OBS to 2500kbps from the default 6000 kbps... And output resolution to 720p.
  • Leave OBS streaming on throughout separate sessions... Stop streaming only at Facebook Producer Live after each session.  
  • The last thing to activate is SCRCPY... After the slides, OBS, and Facebook live.
