Here's how I grow my YouTube subscribers using Tiktok. 

1. I post 1-minute tutorials on Tiktok. That's the maximum. 

2. I invite viewers to visit YouTube for longer tutorials. 

3. In the longer tutorials on YouTube, I invite viewers to subscriiiiibe. 

Getting followers on Tiktok is a lot easier than YouTube at this point of time.

  • What's stopping me? Overthinking. 
  • The top three gimbals people are searching for DJI OM4, Zhiyun smooth 4, and Zhiyun smooth Q2.
  • These are the topics with million searches.
  • Is the DJI OM5 coming out soon? The DJI OM4 was released in August 2020, so expect the DJI OM5 to be announced around August 2021.

  • Yesterday. 237 clicks. 4 orders. 1 from YT. 32 clicks from YouTube.
  • Today. 208 clicks. 6 orders. 1 from YT. 26 clicks from YouTube. 1 item refund... A DVD printer. 
  • Overnight. 4 orders. None from YouTube.
  • What can be done better? Post more videos. 
  • Updating old popular blog posts works. Check the links.

Sub-challenge #2 - 1000 Gumroad Views in the last 30 days (10 Sales every day)

  • Today. 186 views. 15 downloads.
  • Views are increasing. Coming from Tiktok and VL.
  • Replace VL links with gumroad links on YouTube.
  • Gumroad is faster than Aweber when targeting paid or free followers.
  • Next. Transfer DaVinci resolve opt-in box to gumroad
  • Eventually, cancel Aweber US$179/year (S$250) subscription before renewal on Dec 2021.

OBS Live-streaming - Windows PC Pre Setup Checklist for training sessions

  • Run Ccleaner. 
    • Clean up the memory. 
    • Remove unnecessary startup programs. 
  • Quit all unnecessary programs in the taskbar 
  • Reduce the video bit-rate on OBS to 2500kbps from the default 6000 kbps... And output resolution to 720p.
  • Leave OBS streaming on throughout separate sessions... Stop streaming only at Facebook Producer Live after each session.  
  • The last thing to activate is SCRCPY... After the slides, OBS, and Facebook live.

For live stream presentation and delivery...
  • Write bullet point in Blogspot (and link it to a related popular post doubled down from)
  • Copy and paste bullet points to Mindmup.
  • Present with Mindmup full screen.
