How to get your first or the next 1000 Youtube Subscribers Fast, Free, and Ethically!

Here are 5 actionable steps that worked for me.

  1. Get more viewers 
    • Write titles people are searching for using Google Search. Create a captivating thumbnails using Canva.
  2. Make High Quality Videos 
    • You don't need expensive gear. Use your phone camera to shoot. Use professional stock videos from Lumen 5.
  3. Publish engaging content 
    • Make videos people want to watch. Most people come to Youtube to look for How-to videos, Review videos, and Entertainment videos.
  4. Tell the viewer to subscribe 
    • Tell the viewer to subscribe in the beginning after the intro, at the end before the outro, and one more time somewhere in between.
  5. Engage with other YouTubers 
    • Subscribe to other Youtubers in your niche. Watch their videos. Leave a meaningful comment. Ask a question. 

One more thing... Post at least once a week.

  • Replace VL links with gumroad links on YouTube.
  • Gumroad is faster than Aweber when targeting paid or free followers.
  • Next. Transfer DaVinci resolve opt-in box to gumroad
  • Eventually, cancel Aweber US$179/year (S$250) subscription before renewal on Dec 2021.

OBS Live-streaming - Windows PC Pre Setup Checklist for training sessions

  • Run Ccleaner. 
    • Clean up the memory. 
    • Remove unnecessary startup programs. 
  • Quit all unnecessary programs in the taskbar 
  • Reduce the video bit-rate on OBS to 2500kbps from the default 6000 kbps... And output resolution to 720p.
  • Leave OBS streaming on throughout separate sessions... Stop streaming only at Facebook Producer Live after each session.  
  • The last thing to activate is SCRCPY... After the slides, OBS, and Facebook live.

  • Write bullet point in Blogspot (and link it to a related popular post doubled down from)
  • Copy and paste bullet points to Mindmup.
  • Present with Mindmup full screen.
